- The rental price includes: use of the outdoor pool, tourist tax, bed linen, towels, electricity, water and internet costs, as well as final cleaning.
- One parking space per apartment is provided.
- It is not possible to book an apartment for less than 5 nights.
- When making a reservation and arriving at our accommodation facility, you are required to present your identity documents.
- The stay in the apartment starts from 13:00 on the first day of stay, and ends by 10:00 on the last day.
- The guest pays the full price of the accommodation at the same time as picking up the keys (card) of the apartment in cash (we do not accept credit cards).
- Your reservation is confirmed after payment of 20% of the total price in advance to our account, which we provide upon request.
